When you use the PNG image in a document or on the web, restrict its dimensions to effectively display the image at a higher resolution (DPI).
Converting PDFs to Image Files with ImageMagick To convert a PDF to individual PNG files, use the command below. ImageMagick supports a variety of image formats, so you can also use JPG, GIF, TIFF, and more for extension of the target image file. You can also specify input and output directories.
The steps include. Open PDF. On launching the software, click on the "Open files" button and upload your desired PDF file to the application. Click "To Image" After that, go to the main menu and click on "Convert" and select "To Image" from the convert output options. Convert PDF to Transparent PNG.

When the PDF file is successfully imported, go to the "File" tab and choose "Export To" from the drop-down list. Under the "Export To" drop-down menu, select the "Image" format to access a list of supported image formats. Locate and select the "PNG option from the list.

First, open your PDF in Preview. Select 'Export' from the file menu. Once again, select 'PNG' as the type of file you wish to save it as. This is a simple method and one I highly recommend, as it lets users make this conversion without third-party software tools.
